These are the terms and conditions for goods ordered through this website. They apply to both retail consumer customers and trade customers. If you contract with us as a consumer they do not affect your statutory rights. They are designed to set out clearly our responsibilities to you the customer and your rights.

Terms and Conditions of the Sale: You can pay for your goods by the following: we accept Pay Pal Payments, Credit card or Postal order. If you wish to pay by credit card please call our sales office with your details, if you would like to send us a Postal order please make it payable to Dress Up & Party and address it to: Dress Up & Party, The Showroom, Croft Street, Hyde, Cheshire, SK14 1LH. Sorry we do not accept personal cheques. A contract is formed between us when (and not before) we ship your order. Your order will not be dispatched until we receive authorisation of your credit card payment or your PayPal payment has been credited to our account, if you are paying by postal order your consignment will not be posted until we receive your postal order.

SHIPPING: Once you have paid and purchased your item it will be sent out to you within 48 hours on a 1st class 1-2 day delivery, please do make sure there is someone in to sign for the delivery.

OFFICE OPEN TIMES: All our post is sent out daily on our open days. We are closed on a TUESDAY so any goods purchased after 4pm on a Monday will not be posted out until Wednesday morning. Parcel force only deliver Monday – Friday so any item sent on a Friday will not be delivered until Monday.

SATURDAY DELIVERY: We can offer a guaranteed delivery by royal mail on a Saturday if you need one please contact us for a price.

OVERSEAS: Our overseas deliveries are sent via Airsure so please do allow 7-10 days delivery time. Sorry we cannot be held responsible for overseas delivery times.

REFUNDS & RETURNS: On all our listings under the postage details you will find the appropriate returns information, sorry we do not accept returns on hats or wigs.
